Now when I say my son Cager is really really good at drawing and painting, this is what I mean:



This is a painting he did at school yesterday. I took the picture with my cell phone camera, so it's hard to make out the details, and there are details: Cager has drawn the reflection of the trees, the hill itself, and the sky on the pond in the front of the trees.

He's six.

I got a very strange friend request from a girl I don't know today and of course I immediately turned it down thinking it was spam. Then she messaged me: she wanted to talk to me about my experience using propecia. I asked her how she knew I'd taken propecia and she said she found my little testimonial written last year on why I was quitting propecia once and for all. Turns out her boyfriend was on it for a while and is now impotent, 6 months after quitting the drug...

I asked her how old he was and she said 19. Poor kid. I told her to tell him he has to go to the doctor but she said he was ashamed. I told her that he shouldn't be ashamed because the drug companies are lying about how unsafe propecia really is and that perhaps one day there would be a lawsuit. She thought maybe so. I told her to have him talk to me if he wants someone to talk to about it.

I never became impotent but, if you recall from my journal, I did experience a serious drop in libido, but this went away within two weeks of my quitting both times.
